Modified HIT score for patient under VA-ECMO

The modified HIT ECMO SCORE has been developed by Renou et al. This bedside scoring system is based on the 4T score and adapted for patients under VA-ECMO. It is designed to help physician in differentiating patients with Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia from those with other aetiologies of thrombocytopenia.

For more information see: "Modified 4T clinical score to screen for Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia in patients under VA-ECMO".
